Mr Steven Lam, the Co-Founder and CEO of GoGoVan and an alumnus of Hang Seng School of Commerce, was invited by the Department of Management as a guest speaker to the Business Experience Sharing session I held on 12 February 2015. Not only did he share how he came up with the innovative idea of developing the GoGoVan mobile application, but also talked about his interesting life experience. He encouraged students that nothing is impossible as long as they are willing to make efforts on it.
There was a total of 101 students enrolled in the sharing session, coming from different study programmes and levels, including business students (e.g., BBA, BBA-MGT, and SCM), non-business students (e.g., BA-Eng and BTB), and associate degree students, in which 75 were degree students and 26 were associate degree students. Besides, 61 students applied for internship positions offered by GoGoVan.
Mr Steven Lam, the guest speaker, gave an insightful sharing to students about his career and life
The participants were paying full attention to Mr Steven Lam for his inspiring sharing
