    Dr Lo is a part-time lecturer (formerly an Assistant Professor) in the Department of Marketing at The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong. He has taught subjects at various levels: Degree, Top-up Degree, Associate Degree, Pre-Associate Degree, Diploma and Certificate. Dr Lo’s research interests include services marketing, digital marketing, and consumer ethics. He has been in the marketing business for over 18 years and owing to this he has extensive knowledge of marketing, advertising, staff development and IT.
