Biography
Dr Rita Yip is an associate professor at the department of Accountancy and the programme director of BBA-PA programme. Her research interests include financial accounting and reporting, international capital markets, and corporate governance. She has published her research in The Accounting Review. Dr Yip has taught courses in financial accounting, intermediate accounting, financial statement analysis, auditing, and information systems at the graduate and undergraduate levels. Dr Yip is a fellow member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). She obtained her PhD in Accountancy from the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
