Biography

Dr Chen receives her LL.B. (Honors) in Civil and Commercial Law and her first LL.M. in Commercial Law from China University of Political Science and Law in Beijing, People’s Republic of China. She obtained her second LL.M. in International and Comparative Law from Southern Methodist University in the United States and her Ph.D. from The University of Hong Kong. She has been admitted to New York State Bar since 2011. She is also qualified to practice law in People’s Republic of China. She works in The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong (previously Hang Seng Management College) since 2012. She conducts teaching in Hong Kong and P.R.C. company law, Hong Kong Business law as well as legal systems in Greater China area. Her research interests include the following areas: real estate and property law, comparative Chinese law and the international business law.
