Dr Chau is an Assistant Professor in Department of Management at The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong. She has acquired substantial teaching experience, including in-house training and teaching in other educational institutes. Her teaching area is wide-ranging that covers business administration, human resources management, management fundamentals, organizational behaviour, etc. Having served as a Programme Director for five years, she also got considerable administrative experience in addition to her academic work.
She completed her doctoral degree in the field of organizational learning and won the Best Doctoral Paper Award Finalist at the Asia Academy of Management Conference. Her articles on management and learning capability have been published in both academic journals and executive magazines. Other than that, she is the author and co-author of several management books. Currently, she is also serving as a paper reviewer in a number of academic journals and providing academic service to the community.
