Biography
Ricky Lam is a distinguished business leader and management consultant specializing in talent and leadership development. With over 25 years of extensive experience in business, finance, and general management with global enterprises in the Asia Pacific region, Ricky has dedicated recent years to advancing people and business development, corporate training, higher education, and leadership consultancy.For the past decade, Ricky has served as an educator in various higher education institutions in Hong Kong, focusing on taxation, financial management, and accounting. He also lectured on modules for the Conversion Programme of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants from 2017 to 2019. Ricky began his career with PwC, where he received specialized training in tax compliance and planning. He is a member of CPA Australia and a songwriter member of CASH Hong Kong, further showcasing his diverse talents and commitment to professional excellence.
