Biography

Dr Shum earned Doctor of Juridical Science from City University of Hong Kong and holds professional qualifications, including ACG, HKACG, CB and CFMP^TM. With over 20 years’ experience in commercial and education sectors, business law and securities regulation are his favour fields to teach at HSUHK.
