Ross is currently the Vice President and Regional Head of Compensation and Benefits, Moody’s Asia Pacific Limited, and has a wealth of experience in Rewards Management, HRIS and HR Analytics acquired from various organizations. Ross is also doing Part-time lecturing for Hang Seng University, Hong Kong Productivity Council and Hong Kong Institute of HRM delivering different programs specialized in HRIS and HR Analytics and HR Risk Management.
Prior to Moody’s, Ross held various human resources management positions with different organizations from different sectors namely South China Morning Post, Shell Hong Kong Limited, Securities and Futures Commission and AIG.
Ross holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration majoring in Human Resources Management, Master’s Degree in Data Science and Business Statistics Postgraduate Diploma in Professional Accountancy and Master’s Degree in Gender Studies, all awarded by the Chinese University of Hong Kong. He is also certified as an ACCA member and Six Sigma Green Belt practitioner.
