    Biography

    Dr Chan received her PhD and First-Class Honours Degree from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Prior to joining HSUHK, Dr Chan worked in industry and served as a part-time Lecturer at CityU, PolyU and HKBU. She has established a proven track record of teaching excellence in a wide range of undergraduate and postgraduate courses for more than 15 years. Her research and teaching interests lie primarily in the fields of consumer behaviour, marketing management and strategic marketing.
