Biography
Dr. Wai has been in education and corporate training field for more than 25 years, specialises in soft skills and executive coaching for enterprises in Hong Kong, Greater China and South East Asia. He teaches at The Department of Management including Management as a Liberal Art, International Human Resources Management and etc. He has a background of Leadership Development and Coaching (DBA, 2010) and is an active Executive Coach.
Dr. Wai also teaches undergraduate Business and Management modules in UK business schools as part-time lecturer.
