Biography

Dr Chen receives her LL.B. (Honors) in Civil and Commercial Law and her first LL.M. in Commercial Law from China University of Political Science and Law in Beijing, People’s Republic of China. She obtained her second LL.M. in International and Comparative Law from Southern Methodist University in the United States and her Ph.D. from The University of Hong Kong. She passed Legal Practitioner’s Qualification of People’s Republic of China in 2006. She was admitted to New York State Bar in 2011. She works in The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong (previously Hang Seng Management College) since 2012. She conducts teaching in Hong Kong and the P.R.C. company law, Hong Kong Business law as well as legal systems in Greater China area.   She works in The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong (previously Hang Seng Management College) since 2012. Her research interests include the following areas: real estate and property law, comparative Chinese law and the international business law.
