    Biography

    Dr Cheng is currently the Associate Professor of the Department of Economics and Finance.  He also serves as the Associate Director and Thematic Research Theme Lead in financial markets of the Research Institute for Business.  Before joining the HSUHK, he worked in the financial community regarding market infrastructure development and regulatory framework.  He is a member of the MIT Technology Review Global Panel and participated in the Advanced Research Scholar Program of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.  His teaching areas comprise law and finance topics.
