    Biography

    Before she joined the University, she was an academic at the Department of Management at City University for thirty years, and has served as Program Leader of the BBA HRM and as Associate Head of Department. Her major publications include Human Resources Management, Journal of International Business Studies, Asia Pacific Journal of Human Resources, Journal of Business Research, Hong Kong Medical Journal, Journal of Business Ethics, Journal of International Marketing, European Journal of Marketing, and Journal of Global Marketing and others. Other academic services include ad hoc reviewer for several journals, author of book chapters and conference proceedings and was a member of reviewer panel for the textbook “Management” by Robbins & Coulter. She has also engaged in consulting and executive training for both private and public sector organizations in Hong Kong and China. Major organizations included JP Morgan, MTR, Hospital Authority of Hong Kong, Scout Association of Hong Kong, Shanghai Auto Industry Corporation, and the City Government of Tianjin. Dr Jenny Lee’s teaching interests include Management, International Organizational Behavior, Leadership and Business Strategy and Policy.
