Biography

Professor Chang is listed in the World's Top 2% Scientists, ranking 1st in Taiwan among scholars in the economics category, and ranking 394th/47525 among global economic scholars. The list was updated in August 2024 by Prof. John P.A. Ioannidis's team at Stanford University based on Scopus data, including the " Career-long Ranking" and "Single Recent Year Impact".
