The Department was delighted to have held the second Financial Trading Lab Monthly Workshop on the eve of the Chinese New Year.
The workshop was very well received among BBA students. The registration was full within 2 days and over 20 students were present that day. Mr Bosco Yim of the department gave a lecture on “Understanding the Job of a Trader Speaker”. Students got to expose to how traders buy and sell financial securities and work in the trading room. Those who were interested in establishing a career in banks, investment banks or investment management were most hooked on various responsibilities of a trader on an ordinary trading day.
More of the workshop will be available for registration in the coming months. All students should stay tuned.
