Guest Lecture cum Networking with Tutors

A guest lecture cum networking with tutors was organized by the Department of Accountancy on 6 October 2016.  Ms. Agnes Ip, Head of Recruitment of SHINEWING (HK) CPA Limited, was invited to share the useful tips on job applications and her experience in the accountancy industry. The practical sharing was well-received by the attendees. A number of students stayed behind the lecture to seek advice from the guest speaker on the improvement of their resumes as well as on their career planning.

Personal tutor meeting followed after the guest lecture. Participating students shared their views on academic and personal development with the tutors from the Department of Accountancy. Tutors offered suggestions to students and collected feedbacks on various issues from the students. Students and tutors found the meeting beneficial for both parties and all enjoyed themselves in the networking activity.

Guest Lecture cum Networking with Tutors was successfully held with an attendance of more than 80 students.
