HSMC team won the Gold Award and the Best Advertising Video Award for the Joint University Outstanding Marketing Award (JUOMA) 2017-18

The Joint University Outstanding Marketing Award (JUOMA) is an annual competition with the objectives of advocating students’ creativity and providing opportunities for them to obtain hands-on experience in marketing and advertising.
This year, a total of 388 teams participated in the competition. The contestants were required to devise a marketing proposal, shoot an advertising video and create an online campaign.
Thanks to great efforts among the team and support from Dr Felix Tang, the HSMC team won the Gold Award and the Best Advertising Video after three rounds of the competition. The two Awards were presented at the closing ceremony of JUOMA 2016-17 held on 24 March 2018 (Saturday). The team members are:

Dean of School of Business, Professor Bradley R. Barnes commented: “This is an incredible achievement, for these such hard working students. I have personally watched them work on the various projects and I was always confident that they would win. It is especially pleasing to see students working together from different BBA Programmes, I really feel this provided the added spark.”
