Kick-off Gathering of Executive Mentorship Programme 2023-24

The annual Executive Mentorship Programme of the Department of Management commenced on 11 November 2023. We were delighted to have the continuous support of five successful practitioners serving as our mentors and generously sharing their professional insights with our students. Our experienced mentors carry expertise from various industries including HR, IT, finance and entrepreneurship.
During the Lego building activity, the mentors and their mentees enjoyed their time creating a Lego piece that represented the spirit of their group. They got to know each other quickly through this ice-breaking session. In the chatting session, the students exhibited strong enthusiasm for learning the latest trends in the ever-evolving business world. We believe that the mentors’ sharing and guidance will enhance the students’ understanding of their own character and future career planning.
