Congratulations to our academic staff, Dr Liao, Dr Lau and Dr Kong! Their paper, titled ‘A resource-based perspective on work-family conflict: meta-analytical findings’, has been selected as an Outstanding Paper (Career Development International) in the 2020 Emerald Literati Awards!
