Guest lecture on “Auditing in Financial Services” cum Personal Tutor-tutee Networking #4 has been successfully held on 1 March 2018.
Before the guest lecture, Personal Tutor-tutee Networking was scheduled for students to seek advice from personal tutors on their academic and career development. Personal tutors encouraged students to proactively participate in inter-school competitions, which could help equipping themselves with essential knowledge, skills and experience for future
career.
Mr. Mervyn Jacob, Partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), was invited to deliver a guest lecture to introduce the job nature of an auditor in financial services industry. During the lecture, Mr. Mervyn Jacob also shared his view and aspiration on the changing role of auditing profession in a contemporary high-tech era.
More than 40 students and teachers participated in the event.
Students discussed with their personal tutors on personal and career development.
