Guest Lecture on Recent Financial Policy Development in Hong Kong: Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) and Beyond cum Personal Tutor-tutee Networking #1

The first Guest Lecture cum Personal Tutor-tutee Networking for this academic year was successfully held on 11 Nov 2021 themed as “Recent Financial Policy Development in Hong Kong: Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) and Beyond”.

With the growing concerns about ESG in business world, Dr. Rocky Tung, Director and Head (Policy Research) at Financial Services Development Council, was invited to discuss with students how this concept surged significantly over recent years and how can Hong Kong could seize the opportunity with the use of sustainable investment strategies.

Besides, to let students familiarise themselves with other schoolmates and teachers, the Personal Tutor-tutee networking session was held before the Guest Lecture. Students reflected on their learning experience and received useful advice from personal tutors for formulating plans for academic and professional development.
